“I don’t understand.” She uttered with cool indifference.
Gareth took the smallest step closer as his right hand reached toward her face but at the last moment stopped. Clenching his fingers in a fist before dropping it to his side, “ I want you, Roxanna Harper. I’ve wanted you for a long time.”
Roxy had to escape. She knew if she continued to listen to his silky declarations, she would probably end up just like the rest of the female student body.
Used and heartbroken.

I love the description of the way he almost touches her and then pulls away, shows a lot about him. But he’s a heartbreaker? Maybe this time it’ll be different 😉 Great 6.
